Gentles Guidance Ltd, was established by Marie Gentles in 2020. Previously a headteacher, Marie’s award-winning work is recognised nationally and internationally due to its unusually high success rates.

Marie went from primary school teacher to the UK’s leading behaviour expert, filmed two TV documentary series and published a best-selling book. She specialises in understanding behaviour as communication, helping adults to support children in any capacity to modify their behaviour.

Marie has received an OBE for her services and shares her expertise via her talks and training programmes. Her unique approach helps adults to feel confident, capable and empowered in adequately supporting the children and young people in their care.
